  • What is an "active student"?

    An active student is one who is attending classes, has debts, assists and makes payments to your organization.

    We understand that it is normal that some students do not go to class for a period of time because of trips, injuries or holidays. You can deactivate them without deleting their information; but you can not register payments or assistance while inactive, once the student returns to classes, you can activate him/her again. Inactive students are not charged at Liztum.

  • Is my students' information secure?

    Yes! All your information lives in the cloud, our servers on the internet store the databases and the app. That's why Liztum works from your phone, tablet or computer.

    We have years of experience developing products of this type, and we use the best suppliers, which offer security and stability. The same ones that work on products such as Gmail or Facebook.

  • Who is the owner of the information I upload to Liztum?

    It is totally yours . The information of your students, their documents, photographs, and contact information are protected by our Personal Data Processing Policy, and protected under the Terms and Conditions of Use. At the moment you decide to leave Liztum, the information and personal data of your students is cleared from our databases.

    From Liztum we analyze general demographic data such as gender, age, geographic location and payment and assistance behaviors, in order to improve the product. None of the data analyzed in these reports allow the identification or individual contact of any student.

  • How do I pay for the service?

    Payments are made monthly by bank deposit or NequΓ­. A monthly invoice will be sent in arrears and you have 5 days to pay, otherwise your organization is automatically blocked.

    We are working on the online payment system. We hope to have it in a few months.

  • How do I install Liztum?

    This is one of the coolest features of Liztum .You do not need to install any program, or buy any special server to use the platform. You only need a phone, a tablet or a computer to access the app from an internet browser.

    It works just like using your Email or Facebook, you just register, log in, and use it anywhere.

  • Do I receive anything from refering another organization?

    It is great if you recommend us with your friends who have other schools, clubs or academies, and we know that by doing so you are placing great trust in our product, so we want to reward you for that trust.

    For each organization referred, at the time they pay their first month in Liztum, you receive 20 free children for a month. They are given only once for each new organization.

    Each new organization is asked if it was referred by someone, so make sure your referral friend indicates that it was you and your organization who recommended Liztum.

  • Who helps me and provides support?

    We have designed Liztum to be very simple to use. In addition to this, in our blog and social networks periodically we publish articles and tips for the best use of the app.

    However, we know that there may be times when you need some help. If you want to get support you can use the chat that you will always find in the app, or you can write to us at [email protected], we will respond as quickly as possible giving a solution to your problem.

  • How do I update Liztum?

    Liztum is a web app that works in the cloud, you don't have to install or update anything. We are in charge of the updates, security backups, information storage, and every technical detail so you can focus on your passion.

    Every time we improve Liztum (which is very often), we update the app, and instantly you'll have the improvements available to use, it's like magic!

  • My work team is big, does it cost more?

    No! Liztum is a web app that allows your team to collaborate in the management of students. It does not matter if you have an administrator or five, if you have two coaches or twenty, everyone can work in Liztum without paying more. Liztum works according to the number of students, not the number of people who work with you.

  • What happens if my account is hacked?

    Like email services, or social networks, we ask you to take all security measures to protect your information, this includes having a password difficult to guess, and not sharing it with anyone, besides being careful of those you invite to collaborate in Liztum.

    If someone obtains unauthorized access through your account, or through one of your collaborators, they can browse all the information, and even make unwanted changes.

    If you detect suspicious activity with an account, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can block this account, and you can change your password again.

  • What if I only have a few students?

    At Liztum we believe that sports projects are very valuable. They offer healthy alternatives mainly to children and young people in our communities, keeping them away from drugs and bad habits.

    If you are a teacher, coach or sports or artistic director with few students, write us with your case to [email protected] and we are sure we can reach an agreement with you.
